Please read through our ordering guidelines below.  Gwynnie's Emporium is an online retailer, and these guidelines help us serve all of our customers, including you, with fast & friendly service.

PAYMENTS 

All orders are calculated in AUS$ Australian Dollars

At Gwynnie's Emporium we currently use PayPal Internet Payment Gateway, in combination with a 168 bit SSL encryption, to provide a secure environment for the authorisation of credit card transactions over the Internet. 

Unfortunately we cannot accept Cheque, Money Order or Direct Deposit as payment at this time.

Gwynnie's no longer accepts Lay-by as a payment option.

CHECKOUT & ORDERING

Only the sizes and colours that show in the products drop down menu are currently in stock, if your size is not an option it may be sold out or unavailable at this time. If you have any questions about sizes or items not currently available, please email gwynnies@live.com.au for assistance.

All Orders must be placed online – No phone orders at this time.

You must provide accurate contact information

Your billing information must match your credit card billing statement or your order will be cancelled

If your order shows incorrect shipping information, to correct or modify this please contact us via email at gwynnies@live.com.au before 2pm AEDT on the day of your order is to ship and we will attempt to make your requested changes.
