RETURNS

Need to return an item? Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

- If your item arrives damaged or not as described, contact us within 5 business days (M-F) of receiving the item and we will gladly replace it. Please email gwynnies@live.com.au

- We must receive the product back before an exchange or refund can be processed.

-To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

-To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging if applicable. Any worn, soiled (including Pet Hair), altered, or customer damaged items will not be eligible.

-There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable) Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after purchase.

- Refunds will be refunded to the original purchase method

-You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless we ship an item in error.

-Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

-Returns on orders that utilize free shipping may be subject to a reduction in refund in the amount of $7.50 (Gwynnie's Flat Rate Postage Fee) if the returned item/s cause your total order to be less than $100.

- It is recommended to return ship with tracking (as we send to you), we are not responsible for packages lost by shipping carriers

-Non-returnable items: Gift cards, Lingerie, Cosmetics, Earrings and items listed as 'On Sale' or 'Clearance' are Final Sale, no returns unless you receive a damaged item. Swimwear is returnable, however it must include the original liner and show no signs of wear. Please be certain to try on all swimwear with undergarments and keep the liner in place.

-Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, all returns are to be sent to Gwynnie's Emporium. Please contact gwynnies@live.com.au for our returns address

 

 EXCHANGES

Here at Gwynnie's Emporium, we want you to be happy with your purchase.

- If your item arrives and doesn't have the desired fit, contact us within 5 business days (M-F) of receiving the item so we can expect the return of your item and place the desired size on hold for you. If the desired size is not available at that time you may choose  to exchange for another item to equal value. Please email gwynnies@live.com.au

-To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

-To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging if applicable. Any worn, soiled (including Pet Hair), altered, or customer damaged items will not be eligible.

- We do ask that customers pay for any extra postage costs on exchanging for size, colour  or alternative item, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item being sent back to us and for the replacement items being sent out to you. Here at Gwynnie's we try to keep our prices as low as possible and to do this we cannot afford to pay for any extra postage costs or we would have to increase our prices. So we do suggest double checking the measurements for all items purchased to make sure you select the correct size & if you have any questions regarding sizing, please don't hesitate to ask.
